A few themes come to mind, with examples

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle as a "Room Theme" - examples:
- Reduce - initiatives - local carpooling, carbon initiatives (local and business), mayor's CO2 reduction initiatives
- Re-Use - local initiatives - shopping bags vs plastic, craigslists' "Free" page vs. garbage, etc
- Recycling for The Home/Business - Incentives for locals
- Recycling Waste to Energy - i.e. - From Trash to Cash - Landfill Gas Powergen, MuniWaste2PowerGen, Grease to Biofuels

Green Spaces-Places Theme
- Discovery park and other local initiatives
- HGAC - Houston-Galveston Area Council's initiatives
- Houston plant a tree initiatives

Car-Pooling Theme
- Houston Clean Cities initiative
- Mayor's Initiative
- Work-place initiatives as examples for other organizations
